If your issue is diagnosed in this time period (i.e. 1 hour), and can be repaired without the need for additional time or materials, you’ll only pay for this amount of time. If it takes longer, you will pay for this and the additional time (hours) it takes to resolve the issue.

Scoped Scheduled Works
For larger jobs, where further work is required, we’ll give a fixed cost before getting started. Here is where you’ll receive a quote for the work we intend on carrying out, alongside a planned schedule for getting the job done.
