Typically the process will fall into two categories, namely a replacement or a system conversion. If it’s merely putting in place a new boiler, in most instances this can be executed in a day. Where a system conversion is in play, you’ll be looking at somewhere between 2-3 days.
The installation itself is carried out by a Gas Safe registered technician which is a statutory requirement, a level of qualification all our engineers possess. Alongside this, all electrical elements of the job are conducted by an electrician on the NICEIC register.
When the work kicks off, you’ll be walked through the project by your assigned engineer, and also have the opportunity to raise any concerns you might have. In getting started, we’ll move to protect your entire property making the environment and all your surfaces safe.
On completion of your new boiler installation, we will proceed with conducting all mandatory tests and certifying your system as ready to use. In knowing all boilers have their unique operations, we’ll walk you through its controls and set up your appliance to match your everyday use requirements. Separate to our clearing-up activities to ensure we return your space to the state we entered in. We will also talk you through our extended care packages (should they be of interest). You will also receive your operating manual and information for registering your product warranty.
