Because we’ll need to visit your premises to examine the issue in full, our hourly rate kicks in.
We’ll endeavour to keep your costs to the bare minimum, by attempting to apply a fix in the shortest timespan possible. If the repair can be done without the need for additional materials, and in the space on 1 hour, that’s all you’ll pay for.
Please note that upon identifying the problem, if you choose not to pursue going ahead with the work, you’ll be charged for the time spent to reach this point.
